Try This Tuesday-Full and Plush Hair with Garnier

It is not secret that as we get older our hair changes, we women go through so much, that can affect our hair. Stress, pregnancy, post-pregnancy, hormonal changes and environmental effects all play a role in changing our hair. Over the last few years (post-pregnancy) my hair has been a bit of a train wreck. My hair's fine texture started to become finer and even a little thinner (tear), so finding a great hair product that makes my hair appear fuller has been hard. Garnier Canada recently sent me the Full and Plush Hair line to try out. Full and Plush claims to build hair mass while adding a plush softness. The Full and Plush hair products work by penetrating each hair strand to add volume, while nourishing and strengthening hair by adding softness. The product line has completely surprised me and, I have loved my results.

You can see in these pictures that my hair has bounce, and overall 'life' to it. Normally my fine hair looks stringy and lack luster, but using the Full and Plush has greatly improved my hair's overall feel and look.

The Full and Plush products that I have been using are, the fortifying shampoo, and conditioner, as well as, the Full and Plush Voluptuous Blow Out. I made a few minor adjustments to my blow dry technique (trust me you can do it too), and the results have been fantastic.
The Full and Plush shampoo comes in pink bottle (it's hard to miss at your local drugstore). The smell is lovely and a little goes  a LONG way, so start with a small amount of shampoo and add as necessary. My hair feels like it has got a great clean, and my shampoo lasts me about 2-3 days.
The Full and Plush conditioner comes in a matching package, and also has a lovely smell. This conditioner does a great job by leaving my hair smooth and easy to comb through after being washed, while still wet.
The final product I tried was the Full and Plush Volupuous Blow Dry Treatment (shown in an above picture). This product is used on damp towel dried hair,  and you apply the Blow Dry treatment at the roots and then comb it through to the ends of your hair. The Blow Dry treatment is a gel based product, and I found that I had the best results when I used a dime sized amount. Be careful not to use too much of this product because your hair may feel a bit 'crunchy' and your blow out will not be nearly as nice.

So now, I know you all want to know what I did to change up my blow dry technique, and it's super easy. I applied the Full and Plush Voluptuous Blow Dry Treatment to my hair and then started drying it from the roots. I use my favourite brush and make sure that I am applying heat directly to my roots first, and the results I have noticed have been amazing. My hair really does look fuller! These products are a great buy for around ten dollars each (yes, that's correct $10). I would love to know your thoughts on this line, so leave a comment and let me know.
